Job Description

We're looking for a Beauty Trainer spl. for Skin Treatments for our Academy (Preet Vihar branch) Before you apply, you must have min. 1 yr of experience as a Skin Educator from any of the reputed organisations/academy. The day-to-day activities of the trainer will be as per below: - Deliver trainings as per dermalogica standards to academy and internal team. - Ensure new services, equipment's and new launch products are successful in academy. - Have knowledge of all salon therapists to complete different levels of dermalogica's education pathway and upgrade students - Ensure therapist feedbacks, certificates and badges are sent out to salons immediately upon training completion. - Salon visits for technical support to the therapist. - Liaise with academy owners and managers to increase sales with technical inputs. - Coordinate and support the BD team to generate revenue and achieve targets. - Create and manage reports, feedback and have action plans accordingly.
